Nick DiLuggo

Nick is a dedicated leader with a heart for service and passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others. As FCA Area Director for Eastern Connecticut, Nick inspires and mentors the next generation of coaches and athletes, instilling in them the values of integrity, faith, and sportsmanship. 

Nick's journey is marked by a remarkable balance between service to his country and his community. He proudly served in the United States Army for 10 years and spent 15 years as a public school educator. As a high school track and cross country head coach, Nick’s teams won six state championships here in Connecticut, producing over 30 individual state champions and multiple New England champions. Nick was also honored several times as both an area coach of the year and Connecticut state coach of the year by the Connecticut High School Coaches Association. 



Nick, his wife Deana, and children (Angelina and Nico) have found a home at Cornerstone Church in Oxford, where they have faithfully attended and served since 2014. Nick looks forward to seeing out the FCA vision of pursuing every coach and every athlete for Jesus Christ.
